ROOM RENTAL PRICES:

Rehearsal Space Rental fee: $25 per hour

Dance Room Rental: $50 per hour

 

* A $100.00 security deposit is required to secure date for parties, baby showers, birthdays etc.,

* A $100.00 security deposit for all rehearsal space rentals is required to secure date.

* Security deposit will NOT be refunded if your event is cancelled.

* Full Payment MUST be paid 7 Days prior to event.

* 1 to 2 hours set-up time.

* Clean-up Time MUST start ½ Hour before event ends.

* All areas must be cleaned up and returned as was received. Trash is YOUR Responsibility.

* Charges for no cleaning, finishing party after paid time, or destruction of property will cause a forfeit of partial or all your deposit.

* If additional time is desired payment must be paid at that moment (cash only).

* THIS IS AN ALCOHOL & SMOKE-FREE ZONE.

Friday Rental Flat Rate - $250 

Saturday Rental Flat Rate - $350

Sunday Rental Flat Rate - $300

Including but not limited too:

*Children Birthday Parties 

*Babyshowers 

*Sweet Sixteen Parties 

* Performing Arts/Dance Theme Parties  – (Karoake, Dance Choreography, Games, Prizes)

FLAT RENTAL RATE (4 hours minimum)

(Includes use of dance space, equipments and several dance options to choose from. For Peeformance Arts Dance Parties, Professional Dance instructors will teach basic techniques and a dance routine. Will also be provide an opportunity for food, beverage, and present opening!)

Maximum Rental for 5 Hours!

* Cleaning person $100.00 fee if you don’t wish to clean after your party. (Exclude Trash)

* House security required for large events. In house service fee $50.00 each person.

* EVENT PLANNER ALSO AVAILABLE: Decor By Meee.

(Party Favors, Party Decor, Diaper Cakes, Babyshower Baskets, Party Bags etc.,)

Price vary according to quantity.

* All arrangements and requests must be made and schedule at the time of signing of the contract.

* Tables, Chairs, Trash Cans, Drink Buckets, Food Tray Holders etc., are availible upon request.
